Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009, four more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. She was happy by her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
